getting started

In order to ensure you receive the most effective training, please make sure to complete and return the Par-Q questionnaire to me before your first session.  This will help me assess and understand what your body needs in order to reach your goals.

guidelines

  • Please arrive for your training session at your scheduled time.  A 5-minute grace period will be allowed.  If you are more than 5 minutes late, a penalty of $1 per minute will be assessed starting with the 6th minute, and will be due prior to your next scheduled session.  In addition, your training session time will be reduced by the amount of time you missed. 
  • Session cancellations must be done no less than 24 hours in advance.  For any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, a penalty fee of $20 will be assessed and is due prior to your next scheduled session. 
  • No Call/No Show:  If you do not show up for your scheduled session without notifying your trainer in advance, a fee of $40 will be assessed and is due prior to your next scheduled session.
  • Due to limited available time slots, if your scheduled day is missed, that day cannot be scheduled for another time.
  • Due to the current COVID-19 guidelines: 
    • A mask must be worn at all times.
    • If you are feeling sick, do not come to work out.  THIS WILL BE THE ONLY INSTANCE TO MAKE UP THE MISSED DAYS.  THESE MAKE-UP SESSIONS WILL BE SCHEDULED BASED UPON AVAILABILITY.
    • If you have tested positive, you’ll need to quarantine for a minimum of 2 weeks.  In that instance, we will discuss how to proceed with your remaining sessions.
  • This is not a bound contract.  At any time, you may request to be refunded the credit for your remaining sessions if you are unhappy with the services.  In addition, I may choose to cancel any further sessions at my discretion, and refund you the remaining credit on your account if I feel our trainer/trainee relationship is not one of respect.

                         

GYM ETIQUETTE

  • POSITIVE ATTITUDES ONLY
  • No negative self-talk
  • Disrespectful behavior of any kind towards the trainer or others whom may be training with you will not be tolerated
  • Practice proper hygiene
  •  Masks are required when inside the garage.  When you are outside, you may take the mask off.
