Protocols


Your health is my top priority and in accordance with governmental orders and guidelines, I am pleased to announce a carefully planned approach to maintaining an environment which is as safe as possible for everyone's health:


Cleaning

o   Continuous disinfection of high touch surfaces in between sessions.


Do you have any of the following symptoms?

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell


Has anyone in your family / household, or anyone you have come in contact with in the last 14 days, have any of the above symptoms above or tested positive for COVID-19?


If your answer is yes to any of the above questions, we ask that you do not visit us for a training session.


o   A mask must be worn at all times.

o   Hand sanitizer is provided for your use.

o   If you have tested positive, we ask that you please quarantine for a minimum of 2 weeks before returning to your regular training sessions.


What You Can Do To Stay Healthy


o   Maintain 6 feet of distance from others.

o   Wash or sanitize your hands before and after your training session.

o   If you are considered high risk for contacting COVID-19  per the CDC, please take extra precautions and follow CDC guidelines to protect yourself from contracting the virus.

o   Stay home if you are not feeling well or exhibiting any symptoms below. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.
